Higashi Rokko Observatory is located on the Asuyu Driveway, a toll road connecting Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture, and Arima Onsen. Perched at an elevation of 645 meters, it boasts stunning views of the Osaka Plain, Osaka Bay, and the Port of Kobe.
During the day, marvel at the majestic Rokko mountain range and the sprawling Osaka Plain. At night, be mesmerized by the glittering cityscape.
