Takigashira Wetland is a beautiful wetland located at the foot of Mt. Mikuragaku in Aga-machi, Higashikubiki-gun, Niigata Prefecture. Situated at an elevation of approximately 500 meters, it boasts a tranquil setting surrounded by mountains. Well-maintained boardwalks throughout the wetland allow for leisurely exploration of the natural beauty. In spring, you'll find Skunk Cabbage (Mizubasho) and Japanese Winter aconite (Ryukin-ka).
