Usuiso Beach, located in Hira-Usuiso, Iwaki City, Fukushima Prefecture, is a stunning beach selected as one of Japan's 100 best beaches. The white sand and emerald green water are truly breathtaking! During the season, the beach is bustling with visitors, and numerous beach houses offer food and drinks. In 2010, approximately 263,000 visitors came to Usuiso, making it the most popular of Iwaki's eleven beaches. Nearby attractions include the Shioyazaki Lighthouse and the Shioyazaki Country Club.
