Overview

Hiraide Iseki Park is a historical park located in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture. The remains of a settlement dating from the Jomon to the Heian periods have been discovered here, offering a glimpse into the lives of people who lived there. The park features reconstructed pit dwellings (tateana-juukyo) and raised-floor storehouses (koujou-shiki souko), allowing visitors to experience history firsthand.
