The Sakai City Ryosho Museum is a fascinating museum housed in a unique building designed to replicate a Meiji-era elementary school. The building's exterior is modeled after Ryosho Elementary School, reportedly designed by Yanagi Jichi of Osaka in 1879, evoking the style of a modern wooden Western-style building.
