Parking is available for 150 cars (free of charge), shared with the prefectural library. Large buses (12 spaces available). Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the library. Photography is generally prohibited inside the building, however, some areas, such as exhibitions, may allow photography. Please inquire with a staff member.
