Located in Tsurumi Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Kanagawa Prefectural Mitsuike Park is a vast comprehensive park centered around three former irrigation ponds. The park is home to approximately 1,000 cherry trees, making it a popular cherry blossom viewing spot in spring. The park features a wide variety of cherry blossom varieties, including Someiyoshino, weeping cherry, and double cherry blossoms, offering visitors a diverse display. During the cherry blossom season, a nighttime illumination event adds a magical touch to the already beautiful scenery. Beyond the cherry blossoms, the park is filled with various plants, providing stunning seasonal displays. Access: By bus from JR/Municipal Subway Blue Line/Tokyu/Sotetsu Shin-Yokohama Station: Take Yokohama City Bus Route 6 or 104 to "Mitsuike Koen Kita-mon" stop, then walk about 3 minutes. By bus from JR Tsurumi Station: Take Yokohama City Bus Route 6, 67, or 104 to "Mitsuike Koen Kita-mon" stop, then walk about 3 minutes. By Rinkou Bus Route Tsurumi 07 to "Koen-Sho-mon" stop.
