Nishitetsu Bus:
Take routes 56 or 58, get off at the Zoomae bus stop, and it's a short walk (from the zoo side).
Take routes 56, 57, or 58, get off at the Kosasa Danchi Seimon-mae bus stop, and walk east for about 300 meters (from the botanical garden side).
Take routes 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, or 214, get off at the Futaba Gakuen Iriguchi bus stop, and walk south for about 600 meters (from the zoo side).
Fukuoka City Subway Nanakuma Line:
From Yakuin Oodori Station (Doubutsuen-guchi exit), walk southwest along Josui-dori Street for about 15 minutes, or take Nishitetsu Bus routes 56 or 58.
From Sakurazaka Station, walk towards Kosasa for about 15 minutes, or take Nishitetsu Bus route 57.
A free shuttle bus may operate from the subway station during the Golden Week "Night Zoo" event.
By car: 4.6 km from the Tenjin-Kita exit of the Fukuoka Expressway Ring Road. However, we recommend using public transportation, especially on weekends and holidays due to heavy traffic. Show route
