Overview

The Hokkaido University Botanical Garden, opened in 1886, is a historic garden located in the center of Sapporo. Its 13.3-hectare grounds boast approximately 4,000 species of plants, including those representative of Hokkaido's nature and precious specimens gathered from around the world.
