Irohajima is a collective name for over 50 islands of various sizes in Imari Bay, said to have been named by Kobo Daishi, a revered Buddhist monk, due to their beauty.
Irohajima Viewpoint is known as the best place to admire the beauty of Irohajima.
From the viewpoint, you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of numerous islands of various sizes floating on the blue sea.
Shimayamasima is particularly noteworthy; it's the only island among Irohajima that you can access. It has been developed into a park themed after Peter Pan's Neverland, called "Island of Flowers and Adventure."
This park offers a wide range of facilities for visitors of all ages, including slides, mazes, a beach, coin showers, and restrooms.
