Yumihari-dake Observatory is located atop the 364-meter Yumihari-dake mountain, overlooking Sasebo city. This spectacular spot offers a breathtaking panorama of Sasebo city, Sasebo Port, and the Ninety-Nine Islands. To the west, you'll see the vast Goto Nada strait and the islands of the Ninety-Nine Islands archipelago; to the south, the deep inlet of Sasebo Port; and to the east, the beautiful cityscape.
