Please stop by the Tajima Yahei Old Residence Information Center before your visit. We offer a video presentation and explanations of the exhibits (approximately 30 minutes).
Entry is prohibited outside of designated viewing areas.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no restrooms at the Tajima Yahei Old Residence or its immediate surroundings. Please use the restrooms at the "Shimamura Silkworm Village Park" or the "Tajima Yahei Old Residence Information Center".
Please be aware of the presence of mamushi (Japanese pit vipers) and wasp nests in the area around the Tajima Yahei Old Residence and the Tone River. Avoid entering areas with dense vegetation. For emergency procedures, please refer to the attached flyer.
