The Ibaraki Prefectural Government Office Observation Lobby, located on the 25th floor of the Ibaraki Prefectural Government Building, is a breathtaking spot offering panoramic views of the vast Kanto Plain from approximately 100 meters above ground. On a clear day, you can see as far as Mount Tsukuba and even the Pacific Ocean in the distance. The observation lobby is fully glassed, providing a 360-degree panoramic view. A cafe and rest area are also available, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery at your leisure.
Located in Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture, the Ibaraki Prefectural Government Building, completed in 1999, is a 25-story structure. The observation lobby on the top floor is open to the public free of charge.
