Nakazukyo Gorge is one of the representative gorges of Okuchichibu, located in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. Also known as Shintaki-gawa, Nakazukyo Valley, and Nakazusenkei, its magnificent landscape has earned it the title of "Kantou's Yamakei" (referencing the famous Yamakei Gorge in Kyushu). Towering 100-meter-high cliffs and scattered bizarre rock formations make this gorge a true masterpiece of nature.
