Kusatsu Municipal Mizunomori Water Plant Park is a botanical garden located on the Karasuma Peninsula in Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
Opened in 1996 (Heisei 8), the park's theme is "Interaction between plants and people, and water and people."
