A short walk from Tsurumi Ryokuchi Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. It's also about a 10-minute walk from Yokobori Station on the same line.
There's a Keihan Bus stop, "Tsurumi Ryokuchi", in front of Tsurumi Ryokuchi Station (Route 19, bound for Keihan Moriguchi Station), with one bus per hour.
Osaka City Buses also stop at "Hanabokukinen Koen Kita-guchi", "Midori Yonchome", and "Moro-guchi" near the north and south sides of the park.
Tsurumi Ryokuchi's northwest entrance is announced as being closest to Shin-mori Koshi Station on the Osaka Metro Imaizumi Line (approximately 500 meters away). Show route

Hanabokukinen Park Tsurumi Ryokuchi is one of Osaka's four major green spaces, originating from a 1941 air raid defense green space plan. It boasts a vast area of approximately 122 hectares.
Opened in 1972, it served as the main venue for the 1990 International Flower and Green Exposition (Flower Expo).
