The elevator to the observation lobby is the easternmost one of the high-rise elevators located on the right side of the 1st floor entrance hall of Building 1. Please press the dedicated call button on the left side of the door.
The Kobe City Hall Observation Lobby is a free observation spot located on the 24th floor of Kobe City Hall Building No. 1 in the Sannomiya area, the heart of Kobe. From a height of approximately 100 meters above ground, you can enjoy panoramic views of Kobe's cityscape, the sea, and the Rokko mountain range.
During the day, the beautiful contrast between the blue sky and the sea is striking, and the greenery of the Rokko mountain range is vividly visible. The south side offers an expansive view of Kobe Port, showcasing the quintessential Kobe landscape.
