Take the Akita Shinkansen (Tazawako Line) to Tazawako Station, then the Ugo Kotsu bus (Nyuto Line) bound for "Nyuto Onsen" for 55 minutes. From the terminal bus stop, "Nyuto Kaba Onsen," Crab Field Hot Spring is just a short walk away. For Tsurunoyu Onsen, transfer to a shuttle bus at the "Alpa Komakusa" bus stop. This route passes through the shores of Lake Tazawa.
By car: Via National Route 341, then Akita Prefectural Route 127 (Komagatake Line), and Akita Prefectural Route 194 (Nishiyama Ibonai Line).
