Minobu Mountain Kuonji Temple is the head temple of Nichiren Buddhism, located in Minobu-cho, Minami-Koma District, Yamanashi Prefecture. It's believed that Nichiren Daishonin passed away here in 1281, and his remains are enshrined within the temple.
