Tedorigawa Gorge, located in Hakusan City, Ishikawa Prefecture, is a deeply beautiful gorge carved over countless years by the Tedorigawa River. Towering cliffs, 20 to 30 meters high, stretch for approximately 8 kilometers, offering a truly magnificent natural experience. The views from Kumen-bashi and Furou-bashi bridges are particularly awe-inspiring, revealing breathtaking scenery. Wataga-taki Waterfall is one of the most famous spots in Tedorigawa Gorge. Please note that the stairs leading down to the waterfall are steep and approximately 130 steps long, and can be slippery in places. The area at the bottom of the waterfall is rocky and uneven, so please exercise caution. If you find descending difficult, you can still enjoy views of Tedorigawa Gorge and Wataga-taki Waterfall from an observation deck located about 150 meters along the walking path from the parking area. Beyond Wataga-taki, Tedorigawa Gorge boasts a variety of other waterfalls and unique rock formations.
