*The North Observation Room’s opening hours are until 5:30 PM (until 10:00 PM if the South Observation Room is closed).

• The 2nd and 4th Mondays (North Observation Room)
*If a holiday falls on a regularly scheduled closing day, the room will be open on that day and closed the following day.
*Both observation rooms will be closed during the year-end and New Year holidays (December 29th-31st, January 2nd and 3rd), and on May 11th, 2024 (Sat) for Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building inspection.
*On the first Sunday of March, when the Tokyo Marathon is held, the opening time will be around 11:00 AM (tentative).
