Constructed in 1986 based on the redevelopment project of Aomori Port, it serves as a comprehensive center introducing Aomori Prefecture's industries, tourism products, and local performing arts. Its distinctive triangular shape, representing the initial 'A' of Aomori, houses an observation deck (13th floor), restaurants, multi-purpose rooms, a product plaza, a tourism plaza, a panorama hall, and more. Various events, including Tsugaru shamisen performances, are held regularly. Along with the Aomori Bay Bridge, it's a landmark of Aomori City.
