You can get off at any stop, and the fare is always 100 yen. Under 200-yen bus from Hachinohe city center (Rokujyomachi) to Hachishoku Center: This bus runs between Hachinohe city center terminal No. 5 and Hachishoku Center (East Exit of Ryu Stadiamu).
