Kewpie Corporation Gokka Factory is Kewpie's factory, the first company in Japan to manufacture and sell mayonnaise, established in 1925. It's the only Kewpie factory in the eastern region of Japan, offering tours of its mayonnaise and dressing production lines. The tour includes watching videos about Kewpie's history and mayonnaise production, followed by a tour of the active production lines. You'll see state-of-the-art equipment, such as an egg-cracking machine that cracks 600 eggs per minute. After the tour, you can sample various types of mayonnaise and dressings. The factory grounds boast extensive green spaces, allowing you to enjoy nature during your visit. Walking across Koemon Elevated Crossing, which intersects National Route 4, is extremely dangerous due to the lack of a sidewalk. Please use the underpass.

Reservations are required in advance via our official website or by phone.
Groups of 8 or more, wheelchair users, those requiring assistance, and international visitors are requested to make reservations by phone.
Tours are designed for elementary school students and above. Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian.
We do not accept tour reservations through travel agencies.
Some tour courses include food tastings. If you have any allergies, please contact us by phone in advance.
For both internet and phone reservations, if the opening day of reservations falls on a closed day, reservations will begin at 9:00 AM on the next opening day.
