Chokoji Temple is a Koyasan Shingon sect temple located in Kato City, Hyogo Prefecture. Known as Rokuya-san, its principal image is two standing statues of Eleven-headed Kannon. Legend holds that it was founded in 651 by Hodosenin and has long been a center of faith for the local people.
