The Sapporo Beer Hokkaido Brewery, located in Eniwa City, Hokkaido, is a major production facility for Sapporo Beer. Founded in Sapporo in 1876 (Meiji 9), Sapporo Beer boasts a long history and tradition as a beer born from the rich land of Hokkaido. This brewery maintains its founding traditions while incorporating the latest brewing technologies.
The factory tour provides a detailed look into Sapporo Beer's history and brewing process. Through guided explanations, you'll learn about the production of "Sapporo Classic," which uses Hokkaido-grown barley and hops.
