Yaoyorozu Kaminogo-ten is a shrine in Wakimachi, Mima City, Tokushima Prefecture, blending Shinto and Buddhist elements. It enshrines gods gathered from across Japan and has been a center of faith for many years. The grounds include a main hall, a worship hall, a kagura hall (for sacred music and dance), a purification fountain (temizuya), a sacred descent monument, an observation point, a rest area for visitors, and a large torii gate.
It's particularly known for bringing good fortune in love and overall luck, attracting many worshippers.

【From Takamatsu via General Roads】Head south on National Route 193 towards Miima and Anabuki. Approximately 8km past the prefectural border, you'll see a pink flag on a bridge (Akaya Bridge, with a sign for Yaoyorozu Kaminogo-ten across the river). Turn left at the bridge, then left again at the crossroads up the hill, following the pink flags.
【From Tokushima Expressway】Exit the Tokushima Expressway at Wakimachi IC and head north on National Route 193 towards Takamatsu. Approximately 3km along, you'll see a pink flag on a bridge (Akaya Bridge, with a sign for Yaoyorozu Kaminogo-ten across the river). Turn right at the bridge, then left again at the crossroads up the hill, following the pink flags.
Some car navigation systems and map apps may suggest a different route to Yaoyorozu Kaminogo-ten. During the cherry blossom season, please be sure to use the route with the pink flags. Note that the bridge entrance is narrow, so please drive carefully.
