Mount Oomuro is a 580-meter-high, solitary peak located in Ito City, Shizuoka Prefecture. It's a volcano formed approximately 4,000 years ago by a volcanic eruption, gradually taking on its current form over the millennia. Its distinctive, upturned-bowl shape is a striking feature.
