The Hakuba Ski Jumping Stadium served as the venue for the ski jumping events during the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, captivating the entire nation. Today, visitors can ride a lift to the top of the start tower, reaching the starting point of both the large and normal hills. The view from the starting point is simply spectacular, offering a panoramic vista of the majestic Hakuba mountain range. The second floor of the start tower houses the Olympic Gallery, showcasing materials related to the Nagano Winter Olympics and Paralympics. Relive the excitement of those Games! Approximately 5 minutes by local bus bound for Happō from Hakuba Station on the JR Ōito Line; get off at the final stop, "Happō." Then, it's about a 10-minute walk.

● Lifts operate even in rain or snow (please bring rain gear).
● Pets are not allowed on the lifts.
● Lift access may be restricted during competitions and events.
● Lift operations may be temporarily suspended or halted due to inclement weather such as thunder, strong winds, heavy rain, or heavy snow.
● From late November to early March, it is typically snowy. Please check the weather forecast and come dressed and shod appropriately for snow.
