Uotobikei is a scenic spot located in Kage-chō Kizu, Kitamurogun, Kihoku-chō, Mie Prefecture, along the Mataguchi River, a tributary of the Choshi River. The valley, stretching approximately 3 kilometers, is dominated by various sized oddly shaped and massive rocks, creating a breathtaking landscape that overwhelms visitors.
