Located in Ohata-cho, Mutsu City, Aomori Prefecture, the "Kasamai Ohata Sakura Road" is a breathtaking cherry blossom spot featuring approximately 8km of continuous cherry blossom trees. Reaching its peak bloom from late April to Golden Week, the road is carpeted with falling cherry blossoms when in full bloom, creating a spectacular sight. The cherry blossom trees are planted along the coastline facing the Tsugaru Strait, offering a beautiful contrast between the blue sea and the cherry blossoms, captivating visitors. There are various ways to enjoy this spectacle, from driving or cycling along the road to taking a leisurely stroll.
