Closed for Renovation (Reopening planned for 2025)
Gunma Flower Park, a Gunma Prefectural botanical garden, opened in 1992. Its vast 45-acre grounds feature the Flatopia Grand Flower Garden, Park Tower, greenhouse area, garden area, kids' area, and more, offering seasonal flowers and greenery. In spring, 200,000 tulips bloom in profusion, summer brings the dahlia garden into full bloom, and autumn showcases stunning foliage. In winter, hundreds of thousands to a million illuminations light up the park, with various events held throughout the year. Since April 2018, Kaneko Seeds has acquired the naming rights, and the park is affectionately known as "Kaneko Seeds Gunma Flower Park." The park is currently closed for renovations for two years starting in April 2023 and is scheduled to reopen in April 2025.
