A multifaceted cultural facility where you can enjoy various forms of culture and art, including a concert hall, theater, art museum, and cinema.
Overview
Bunkamura, established in 1989, is Japan's first large-scale complex cultural facility. Since its opening, its creative space—comprising a concert hall (music), theater (drama), art museum (visual arts), cinema (film), cafes, and art-related shops—has consistently attracted attention as a hub for new cultural expression.
The Orchard Hall, Bunkamura's flagship concert hall, is one of the world's leading venues, hosting performances by renowned domestic and international artists. Its superb acoustics deliver immersive musical experiences. The Theatre Cocoon presents a diverse range of performing arts, including theater, dance, and music.
The Museum showcases exhibitions primarily focusing on contemporary art, with popular curated exhibitions featuring trending artists and themes in recent years. The Gallery exhibits and sells works by notable artists, providing an excellent opportunity to engage with art.
Bunkamura is more than just a cultural facility; it's a place where people gather, interact, and create new culture. Why not enrich your soul with an artistic experience in this sophisticated space?
