A comprehensive botanical garden opened to commemorate the achievements of Dr. Tomitaro Makino, a world-renowned botanist from Kochi Prefecture. Within its approximately 6-hectare grounds, you can explore 3000 plant species blooming throughout the year, as well as exhibits showcasing the doctor's achievements and interactive displays.
