The Taiji Whale Museum proudly showcases Taiji town's rich natural environment and its long-standing connection with whales. At the Dolphin and Whale Hall, you can see live dolphins and whales up close. Witness them swimming freely in their tanks and enjoy synchronized performances with their trainers. You can even touch dolphins in the touch pool! The Cetacean Research Hall provides clear explanations of whale evolution, ecology, and culture using panels and models. Here, you'll find whale skeletal specimens and valuable materials from whales caught in Taiji. The Taiji Whale Museum is a captivating facility enjoyable for both adults and children.
