9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Last entry at 4:00 PM). During special New Year's opening hours, the last entry and closing times may be moved one hour earlier.

Wednesdays (or the following day if Wednesday is a public holiday), and during the New Year's holidays (usually open from January 2nd). However, may be open on Wednesdays depending on events.
