A 12-minute walk from the "Kinjo Bridge" bus stop on the Nagoya City Bus. About a 5-minute drive from the Nagoya-ko Chuo IC on the Isewan Coast Expressway (E1A). Note that the Linear Railway Museum does not have its own parking lot; you'll need to use a nearby parking lot, such as the Nagoya City Kinjofuto Parking Lot, which may require a short walk.
