Sasagawa-nagare is a coastal area in Murakami City, Niigata Prefecture, designated as a Place of Scenic Beauty and a Natural Monument. Selected as one of Japan's top 100 scenic spots, it's a premier coastal landscape in the prefecture, featuring an 11km expanse of cliffs and caves sculpted by the relentless waves of the Sea of Japan.
