Overview
Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum is Japan's first food theme park dedicated to ramen. Since its grand opening on March 6, 1994, it has been immensely popular among ramen fans. The museum recreates the streets of Yokohama as they appeared in 1958, allowing visitors to experience the atmosphere of that era. It features a lineup of carefully selected famous ramen shops from across Japan, each offering its own unique ramen experience. Beyond ramen, there are also nostalgic snack shops, cafes, and snack bars, adding to the Showa-retro ambiance. In addition, there are exhibition corners where you can learn about the history and culture of ramen, and even ramen-making workshops, making it a fun place for both adults and children. Please note that all facilities, including the museum shop, are located in areas accessible only to paying visitors (there is virtually no public area).
