Access: 15-minute walk from Tochigi Station on the JR and Tobu lines. From the north exit of Tochigi Station, take the municipal "Fureai Bus" Terao Line, City Loop Line, Northern City Loop Line, or Omiya Kokufu Line (4-5 minutes), get off at the City Hall stop, and walk 1 minute. 15-minute walk from Shin-Tochigi Station on the Tobu Line. From the west exit of Shin-Tochigi Station, take the municipal "Fureai Bus" City Loop Line, Northern City Loop Line, Manago Line, or Kanazaki Line (5-6 minutes), get off at the City Hall stop, and walk 2 minutes. By car: Approximately 10 minutes from Tochigi IC on the Tohoku Expressway. Please use the multi-story parking lot west of the city hall.
